Exceptional

Smiles all round

The location and facilities. Warm and welcoming staff. The room was so clean and linen was crisp and it had a fresh smell. I would stay here again because it literally made me feel so happy and comfy.

There was nothing not to like.

Comfortable but not worth the price.

Just comfortable single beds

The TV is very low quality and the resolution was bad, the channel were just few Dstv channels. No Netflix. Recommend getting a smart TV. Very noisey you can hear people walking around, or talking outside. At some point someone was playing loud music which wasn't really pleasant.

I liked the spacious and comfortable rooms with the small kitchenette which made warming food etc so convenient. The cleanliness of the room as well as the large shower was superb.

Slightly unfriendly staff and the fact that they did not have room service available was a downfall for me!

Friendly Staff and they where well organised in terms of check in. Rooms are very comfortable. Loved that it had a microwave and the shower was amazing.

Quite exceptional all round, excellent value for money. My home from home accommodation in Jhb.

Exceptionally comfortable, superb bed and linen, super-friendly staff, amazing breakfast, ideal location. Overall my next go-to place for business overnight in Jhb.

Bedside lamps would be ideal.
