    Only the location as it was close to beach. The price was okay, food was good and staff was very friendly.
    Lack of communication between staff and higher management. Poor cleaning standards, smelly beddings and toilet. People should speak local language to elder people who cannot speak Hindi or English.

    I stayed here for one night, and I would go on to say that this is one of the best properties in Kovalam. Beach is just 100m from the property. Rooms are very spacious and clean. And the staff also helped us out a lot. Overall an awesome stay and would really recommend this property if traveling to Kovalam

    Unprofessional staff. Didn't deliver the rooms booked for. Advised the property was under renovation ( please shut down the property if under maintenance).One room was extremely small ( we had booked for deluxe with balcony). Requested for tissues in room. Didn't deliver. No point of contact options after 8 pm. Corridors looked haunted without enough lighting. No hot water facility. Wouldn't recommend to any.
