Convenient for where we needed to be, staff on arrival couldnt have been friendlier.

The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast but gluten free options were available which is always a bonus. The lady serving breakfast was so lovely, couldnt have been more attentive

Let down by staff attitude

Comfy bed, nice bathroom

Room was lovely but struggled in the downstairs restaurant when trying to organise a booking for Sunday. We were so taken aback by the bad attitude of the manager we decided to eat elsewhere and, because I believe the attitude of staff directly reflects the attitude of the business, I would not stay here again.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive. The rooms advertised were all large and the room we had was quite small in comparison to the images advertised. Breakfast was nice but it would have been a lot better if there was a hot option/ full English available.

Would book again but if I were to book this room I would need assurance the bath is fully functional

Everything was great. Amazingly comfortable room and staff were super friendly

The bath plug did not plug properly therefore the bath was redundant
