Excellent service, below average rooms

Room which was initially allocated was horrible and different from what was seen in the pictures. So, we had to pay extra bucks to upgrade for a decent room

Not worth the price and the quality is going down. Amazing breakfast though!!!

The location is excellent and it's very close to nature. The food quality and breakfast was very good.

The management of the property is abysmal. There were stains on the blanket and the curtains. We asked to change the bedsheet and after a bit of hesitation from the cleaning staff it was done. The resort was packed with guests but the staff was not adequate nor they have planned for the food. We did not get much option to eat in the night as things were all over. The spa experience was horrible to add and we also shared the feedback with the manager. He was polite and took the feedback.

Rooms are not as shown in picture. Not well maintained. Even the property is not well maintained. Uncleared property.
