We love staying in Boston and this was our second time staying at The Bostonian and we loved it! The staff was very kind

We were not expecting a little balcony facing Faneuil Hall attached to our room which was a great little surprise!

No real complaints here everything was just perfect!

Location fantastic

The staff was unfriendly, with my 3 yo daughters never smiling. If you are annoyed by people, better if you don't work at the front desk. I asked for a suggestion for a walk, and they answered: "google it."

We love this hotel, its in the perfect location, 10 min from everything you really want!

Rooms are very large. Our room had a balcony which was great. The location is amazing

The towels are not soft and the pillows suck in the bed

The location is perfect, walk 3 min to northland for dinner and walk to shops at the prudential center/ Newbury St (15 min walk) during the day- I loved the historical spot, right next to Faneuil Hall~

Too historical for 4 stars

Great location and great service

Its not just a historic hotel but a very outdated and old hotel. The hotel has its best time and should really renovate before saying its 4 star worthy. After one night we moved to the hotel next door to have the same benefit of the location but a more hygienic and clean room.
