Good

Staff were friendly and attended to our issues immediately. Recommended for big groups.

Good accommodation for big group eg family or friends. Eateries not to far from stay. Abt 5-10 mins by car or 20-25mins walk.

Its cul de sac road. Good for security but parking can be a problem eg. our gate entrance was blocked by another car who happens to attend some function at the end of the road.

Stayed few time. Liked it cause it is spacious and near to town but the current staff running there is useless and irresponsible.

The current staff running there is useless and irresponsible. Please remember inspect everything when u check in. Take picture and send to them for any faulty or broken furniture. And staff there do not want to inspect when you checked out and hold your deposit for 3 days. And they will try put blame to u for anything broken 6hours after u checked out.

Very good

Location is good..al lot eateries around with short drive distance. All rooms come with an attached bathroom, very important as we have 15 of us. Enough place to parked 4 cars as well.

Things to improve is the cleaniness, as some are area dusty and no very clean. Overall is okay for us.

The host was helpful, many rooms to cater for our family.

The facility is very basic, the property needs maintenance, one room door lock is broken , some fused bulbs, broken blinds, bathroom drainage hole has no cover, cockroaches were able to climb through the open hole. Kitchen utensils not enough for the number of guests allowed to occupy the property. For the money we paid, we would expect a property of better condition.

Cleanliness is not up to standards. Not worth the cost.

The location is near town which is a good thing. It has a number of food and recreational shops nearby which can be suitable for those staying in the room. The area also seems very quiet and it can be quite relaxing. All the rooms has its own bathroom and there are ample beds.

Everything else regarding the facilities is just terrible. Cleanliness is not up to regular standards. There is dust everywhere and the cleaners show no dedication to their work. If you open the kitchen cabinets, you can see all sorts of dirt, plates are yellow, the microwave smells horrible (did no one ever thought of opening it to clean it with proper cleaning chemicals?). I had to mop the floor and staircase by hand because of the dust. You charge us a cleaning fee but your cleaning is not even up to basic standards. Many surfaces have dust collected. A lot of bugs on the ceiling which is not cleaned out. I will never come back nor will I ever recommend your facility to anyone. If I had booked 4 rooms at a 4 star hotel, the cost is equivalent to what I pay for this property.
