Good value clean hotel in fantastic location.

Hotel is clean and comfy. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Location to light rail is fantastic. Great value for money.

Very convenient!

Location was excellent. Close to shops/restaurants, close to public transport connections and able to walk to the beach in 20 minutes. Bed was extremely comfy and staff were friendly. Didn't use the facilities but saw there was a kitchen and laundry room.

Could have been a bit cleaner. There were stains on the pillows and blinds. Recommend to pre-book parking if you need it as it's limited.

Stay was fine for the purposes.

Room and bed are good. Previously we have stayed there and had an excellent bathroom., but this time the bathroom was very small.

We arrived late at night with instructions for entry, but we found the gates locked. Fortunately after a phone call someone came after 10 mins and let us in. However, if it had been raining this would have been an uncomfortable experience as climbing over the fence to get in would have been difficult.
