Very poor

Will not be returning and thats a shame because it could be a wonderful property if they cared at all about customers.

The location for not going to the strip. Easy to check in.

No customer service, they tell you at check in that laundry soap is provided in case you need clean towels during your stay and dish soap is provided in case you use any dishes. Front desk provides zero help and might as well be a kiosk since they have zero ability to help with any issues. We wanted to stay an extra day and they could have cared less about assisting in that process. The hotel is just a tower hotel next to a casino, not a new resort as it appears on booking online. The furniture is outdated and needs replacing and the mattress felt old and sunk in. 10:00 am check out and zero chance to extend to late check out even if you pay extra. 10:00 am check out the day after New Years Eve and cant book another night unless you want to pay 4x higher price than Expedia and ten times higher than most luxury hotels on the strip of Las Vegas for the same day.

Courteous staff, clean rooms with: full kitchen, refrigerator, dish washer, washer and dryer. Even has free charging stations for EVs.

For the price you would expect higher end items in the rooms.

The location is perfect for us. Having a full kitchen and living room is something we enjoy.

The water in shower is horrible. It's either way to hot or way cold. It was very difficult to get the right temperature. The beds and pillows are not the best. Beds a bit too firm and pillows are so uncomfortable....thank goodness I brought my own. The bath towels are so hard , I've never felt a towel like these before. Does not feel good drying off with. Again, thank goodness I brought my own...I just last minute put one in my bag.
