Overall, an exceptional stay at a nice hotel at a reasonable price in a good location!

We stay here every few months when visiting our family. Always a good stay as rooms are quiet, comfortable, and very clean. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Valet guys are courteous and quick to retrieve our vehicle. Beds and linens are super comfortable. Water pressure in shower is the best in any hotel weve stayed. Just superb!

The only negative is there is no electric outlets or USB plugs on the nightstands where I need to leave my phone and watch charging (I use for an alarm). I have to charge over on the desk area. Please replace your lamps with these types! All up to date hotels provide these nowadays.

Overall i enjoyed myself

Staff was very friendly, great location, check in/out was smooth and easy. Our the room was clean as well

A a steamer was provided but no iron and no ice machines on the floors. You have to retrieve them the first floor

Very good

The stay was pleasant and I will be returning.

The experience was good, valet was awesome, staff was kind and room was clean. Elevators did go out which made for a wait to go up or down because only one was working.

Everything was well besides elevator issues.
