We were greeted by the receptionist who did not say good day, just give us your passports and pay. The hotel is in a good location, the breakfast is good and the staff except the reception are friendly. The whole hotel needs a little renovation. The balcony is small, only one chair fits.

There is only 3 hours of sun at the pool.

The location was great, the staff were good and helpful, and the breakfast was outstanding, truly yummy. There are two types of rooms, short term and long term. I found the guys who stayed for a week had awesome rooms with a view over the city of Pattaya.

Great hotel, great location

The hotel is excellent, very nice looking and great for children. The staff are all friendly and attentive. The breakfast is 10/10 lots of food to choose from and plenty of seating. The pools are good especially the kids pool. The location is excellent, its literally in the centre of pattaya and across the road from the beach. Loads of parking spaces too. The rooms are great, good sized and have very large comfortable beds.

They were upgrading the outside the edge of main pool so there was a sign up saying half the pool was closed for 2 weeks and then when we came back a couple of weeks later there was a new sign and the other half of the pool was then closed for another 2 weeks. It took at least month just to do round the outside edge of the pool. 2 weeks isnt too bad but a month is pretty long to have the main pool closed and noise disturbance down at the pool. Hopefully its finished now.
