The staff is friendly & very helpful, the breakfast was delicious & thank you for safe parking, I will most definitely return.

The flooring in the room is not smooth as in a flat surface and the bathroom needs abit of a revamp. The lifts were out of order.

The room cleanliness. Too noisy to sleep at night with people randomly knocking at your door in the middle of the night.

Nothing really. They are not cleaning the rooms, dirty carpets on the floor, paint peeling off the bath unhealthy for women. Cold water, noisy, kids running around, playing with lifts. Very terrible experience. Pls dont recommends the place to clients

That I have to pay for a pay for a hot chocolate, also there is no microwave in the hotel room. Telephone was not working in my room. I was served a rotten stake, instead of an apology chef told me that she does not argue with customers
