Had a great time!

My room was a lot nicer than expected. Very cosy and warm with a modern bathroom. Lovely view from our window of Bath abbey across the water.

Could have been cleaner. Bathroom bin was full on arrival from a prior guest.

staff were friendly helpful and welcoming, rooms were warm.

The rooms needed a touch of paint, they were looking tired, also the TV was very pixelated

Superb

Great place for visiting Bath

Very helpful staff (better than hotels) Large and well furnished rooms Comfortable bed / chairs

Only downside was that the place was slightly too warm which meant both we and another couple we stayed with (room below) didn't sleep quite as well as expected. I couldn't find a room thermostat and the radiator stat was missing.

Great! Perfect for a comfortable and relaxed overnight stay. We have stayed before and will stay again.

Its a great location for central Bath, with nicely decorated and very comfortable rooms. The sitting room/ bar, with open fire is very welcoming. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are excellent,varied and freshly cooked.

Lovely luxurious stay in a great location.

Nice rooms with lovely views over the garden and location very handy for Town Centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast.

Superb

Charming place and a great location. Perfect distance from the centre.

Lovely character to the facilities. Our receptionist was ever so helpful and always presented herself well and with a smile.

Disappointing

Wouldnt return

Nice setting close to centre.

Room was not clean; Chinese room and orchid booked. Beds are not memory foam, they perform a Mexican wave when you turn over- Chinese room above the hot water storage tanks which hiss all night! So noisy I barely slept. The orchid room was very dirty, mirror in bathroom filthy. One bulb out of four on light in bathroom worked, cobwebs and broke glass shades. Mould on bathroom shutters, broken tiles.
