Mixed Experience: warm service but price doesnt match quality.

The staff was exceptionally sweet and eager to assist. Special thanks to the owner and Manish at the reception; they were incredibly helpful and kind during the delay with my luggage. The hotels proximity to various attractions is fantastic; its within walking distance of most places of interest. The effort put into designing certain details truly adds to the beauty of the place.The availability of in-room food and beverage service is convenient.

The quality of materials, felt a bit subpar and not very sturdy. The room got very cold at night and lacked proper ventilation, making it challenging to breathe comfortably. Each night, it felt suffocating due to the lack of fresh air, like sleeping in a dust-filled box. While the room was nicely decorated, it was quite basic. I found the price shockingly high for the quality. It doesnt match the value for the amount paid.

I loved the food and the staff they were helpful and friendly. The location was good too. However it was very noisy and cold that made it hard to sleep. They did not have a shower cabin which is surprising for their charges they do not have the basic facilities and comfort.

Actually we liked only the staffs working there.

Extremely Over-priced property, unclean bathrooms, only a couple of towels provided. Very small room , full of mosquitoes. They could not even provide hair dryers. Restrictive rules not allowing any outside food is stupidity. Probably the reason is to sell their own menu. Overall not a hotel I would recommend for leisure travel or for staycation or for any other purpose. It was a bad choice and clearly booking.com didn't do any due diligence.

A great place to stay. A wonderful host.

The hotel has a nice cozy vibe to it. Just 6 rooms makes it easy to stay. Abhishek, the hotel manager is warm and courteous. Gave some excellent tips to move around Varanasi. Suggested tours that we took. Breakfast was nice and functional. Dinner was good but could be better with more variety.

Nothing in particular however the toilet plumbing needs improvement. Abhishek said they are working on it.

Disappointed.

The rooms were nicely decorated. The staff were super helpful and kind and willing to help in anyway they could.

Unfortunately, the location of the hotel was extremely noisy. The rooms are designed with there only being a thin piece of perspex between the top of the walls and the roof. Due to the hotel being next to a main road you can hear everything from the road. Did not have a comfortable night sleep due to this noise. My wife also was throwing up multiple times after eating a pancake from the kitchen. We booked for 4 nights, but decided to move hotels after the first night. We paid for the 4 nights. Having spoken with the hotel manager they were unwilling to offer any offer any sort of partial refund despite the uncomfortable night sleep. If youre a light sleeper I would seriously reconsider staying here. The staff were were really understanding with our complaints and concerns and helped us organise our departure the best way they could, the upper management were defensive about there food and were unwilling to negotiate on any type of refund on our circumstances.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Staff is kind, although a bit lazy / distracted. If you ask them to prepare breakfast before 8.30am, they will bring an abundant breakfast, only after 8.30 hence if you have an early flight you will miss your breakfast.

1. This is quite important to know for all future guests: the hotel is VEERY CLOSE (100mts) to a open sewage, hence there is constantly a nauseating smell in the air (and sometimes you see rats moving around the facility). Varanasi is not famous for being a clean place, fine with that, but in the hotel the smell was extraordinarily bad! 2. The pictures of the hotel facilities (including rooms) are definitely altered. Rooms are super small and washroom is too basic, considering the price paid. 3. This is a feedback for Booking.com: I dont understand how people have rated this structure so positively, this is definitely a bad structure (with all due respect for the kind staff working there). When I booked it (around 1 month ahead) it was rated 8 or more, this cant be possible. 4. We stayed there 4 nights (god knows how we resisted) and there was no welcome hamper in our room (with chips, fruits etc) which is part of the room price, as we discovered on the last day. On requesting explanations to the manager he replied that he did not know why the basket wasnt provided to us. 5. The daily room cleaning service was not done right, at 11,30pm we had to go ask for toilet paper. The bathroom mats were missing, towels and cushions were torn / smelly.
