The parking was good and the room was very clean and comfortable if somewhat old fashioned

Great friendly place for visiting York

Great location for exploring York. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Lovely welcoming hosts. Would definitely recommend and easily could've stopped longer.

Excellent hosts in a small guesthouse with free parking, 10 minutes walk from York centre.

10-15 minute walk into York from the guest house. It has a large free car park at the rear. Great choice of breakfast options (I had a gf English breakfast). The hosts are kind, friendly and professional.

Would stay here again but hopefully not in the family room.

Great location for us personally as its close to our favourite restaurant Valentinos. Also able to park car here before checking in which is a bonus. Lovely hosts, and breakfast good.

This was our 2nd stay here, and this time we stayed in the family room and the shower was poor with no flow, and cold. We had friends also staying and theres was fine.

Perfect stay, would absolutely stay again.

Cosy and warm room, nice and clean, very lovely owner. We stayed in the loft room and looked at the stars through the skylight and did cloud spotting under the light of the full moon. Dreamy!

Nice comfortable and clean,Breakfast fantastic.

Good location very clean and comfortable beds.

The room we stayed in Room 11 was a loft room many many stairs too climb the last lot was very narrow and steep.Not ideal for people with walking difficulties.Constantly banging heads on the very low ceiling.Shower runs either boiling hot or freezing cold.
