They went above and beyond at all times it make sure we were fully happy with our stay! Couldnt help us enough even down to a hotel staff member running up and down every time we needed bottles opened ! Amazing hotel

The hotel was beautiful and only a 15 minute walk from temple bar.

The TV, phone and iron didnt work. The iron was quickly replaced however, when I asked the concierge to have a look at the TV and phone he said hed tell maintenance to come fix it. But they never came. Personally I wouldnt have watched a lot of TV anyway as I was out most of the time. But for the price of the room it should working. Also due to the phone not working every time I wanted to talk to reception I had to walk downstairs. When I tried to phone the number on google it told me the number wasnt recognised. Its a nice hotel however, more attention to detail required.
