A Good Stay, Should Be Better and Best..

Breakfast should be improve more, not much items to be served, since we have paid a good amount for the room with the breakfast, If they (hotel) want to sustain then they should VALUE FOR MONEY of their guest also,

Hotel is good no doubt about it, but the services like Wi-Fi, internet has to improve. There is no internet throughout the stay, we asked the front desk to manage a bucket of water just to wipe out the dust from the vehicle because we've been travelling from long distance and the roads are full of dust in this season, instead of helping our needs the manager said that the OWNER will not allowed to do such. THAT SHOKED ME ALOT. Even the GOOGLE MAPING is wrongly done.

Initially my booking was cancelled by the hotel without any sufficient information and the same was not even communicated. Further upon checking and insisting them to reinstate the booking they confirmed the booking.

They will treat you like a ' Bakra' once you check in. Nothing is on time. Lift is not working. Resturant staff will say always " sir 5 minutes please ". Your order will come after 45 minutes. Only worst Rooms are provided to the online booking customers. They will ask for extra charge if you ask for better Rooms. Totally it a bad hospitality experience.
