Super unfriendly staff. During the checkout they made us wait saying that their pool towels are missing. I told them that your housekeeping staff has not kept it. They kept telling us that they are missing and were asking questions like brief the hotel staff which has come for housekeeping. Finally, after 15-20 mins- they said that it is all sorted and they regret the inconvenience. It was an error at their end. We have stayed around the world in all kinds of properties and this never happened. Believe you guest, no guest staying in these expensive properties care about used towels. Not recommended at all for travel with family.

Hotels staff was totaly helpfull and friendly. Got upgraded because of the low season is starting.Big room with a big bathroom. Best thing was the pool which fits to our 2year old little girl.

Breakfast isnt worth it but that wasnt a big suprise for asia. Price in the restaurant is not quite cheap, but there are some beach Restaurants nearby.

Beauitful Views

The property is quiet and in a stunning location, the facilities are very well maintained and tidy. The restaurant is large with many options on the menu, the room service was a bonus as we could enjoy eating in the comfort of our room, after a month of travelling it was nice to enjoy that luxury. Unfortunately, when we ordered our meals each time we got incorrect items such as a marinara pasta instead of a carbonara however, this just comes down to the language barrier at times. The bath tub is huge and very luxurious however, the plug did not fully work so it did not fill or retain water as well as it should. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Overpriced

Great place on the beach, very clean beach. Nice breakfast, beach bar. Big room. Quiet place until locals not there :) very comfortable big bed.

Need to fix bathroom taps in delux room. Room needs some renovation. Prices are too high for this quality (they try to do something european level lux but still it is overpriced srilankian imagination how luxary shoul look like).
