Great place to stay! Lovely staff

Staff was great and very welcoming! They cleaned the villa twice a day and everyone was smiling all the time. The villa was great and very comfortable.

Breakfast wasnt the best. I also think they can include more facilities

Fabulous resort in Ubud

The Property is tucked away at edge of Ubud near the monkey forest. Close enough to walk into town but still very quiet. The villa was specious and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of options for breakfast and everything I ate was tasty. The staff are absolutely fantastic. I had a massage at the spa which was very good. I also booked a tour via the hotel. As the tour is private, the schedule could be adjusted to my preference which was very handy. My driver Angga was great. Cant wait to visit again.

Fantastic stay with fantastic service

While the villas are fantastic, modern , fully equipped I think two things set this resort apart 1) the amazing breakfast and food in general but lost importantly 2) the amazing staff who looked after us in such a warm manner. Special mention to Ariani who after a single day knew all our names, gave us what felt like a personalised service (yet all guest get the sale ;-) .. All in all a well run resort

Second wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of Ubud

It is an oasis of tropical forest transquility but only a 15-20 min walk to the heart of Ubud, could not beat this location versus amenities balance. This was my second stay at Tejaprana Bisma, first time was in 2019 and I loved it as much the second time around.

Lots of new staff, younger that have less English and its difficult to get what you need from them, but they have so much good will that you cannot get upset with them, you just have to be patient with them.
