The location was mind blowing.The flora and fauna and the landscaping was extremely good and to world class standard.This is a trip which will linger in heart and mind for long time.

The tea terrain resort was an amazing place to stay, l would definitely recommend a stay. The staff was amazing, they definitely go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The food breakfast and dinner was delicious, l had the best chicken biryani ever.

It was a bit far from Vagamon which was were we wanted to be.

Room arrangements and the property planning

Bathroom, small and congested, also was bit smelly due to wet, I believe its due to fungus effects.

Overall it was a very good experience

Breakfast was good. Weather was very good. Quite place to relax.

My suggestions: Having an internet connection on the TV would be good. You can place an iron box with a foldable stand by default. Having a internal transport system to take customers from reception to the rooms. This will help the customer who really need it.
