Beach is not very clean and watersports are very expensive.

Buffet spread was good.

A lot of dishes in dinner were stale; recycled from previous day or repeated as it is. I stayed for 3 nights with half-board option and after 2nd day, its tough to handle this food. (especially for kids)

It was great other than the above issue.

Incredible location

It was as an incredible stay. However, a major concern was observing your bar staff (including manager) pouring back the uneaten mixed nuts that had been served as bar snacks at the tables, into the main jar and re-served. As Im sure you understand this is the quickest method of giving food poisoning to the people staying at the hotel, which one from our group got during the stay. Something this of a small economic impact yet large impact to health is not what we would expect a 5-star hotel to partake in.

Wish i could give 6/5. Outran my expectations. Location: great location across the beach and especially the beach facing rooms are mind blowing. Beach is very clean and accessible through the other taj cidade de goa heritage. Their rooftop pool is mind blowing. Food: Was amazing and the buffet spread is humongous. Especially for the new year dinner, it was mind blowing. Had almost 50 types of desserts/sweets. We had only chosen for dinner and breakfast but since we our room was get cleaned when we arrived which caused a delay, they offered us complimentary lunch which was a very great gesture. Service: staff is very humble, supportive, and caring. Would call every now and then to make sure things are fine. Room: Room was spacious, clean artistic with a great view of sea. Bathroom was very huge. All the lights and controls are touchscreen and hightech. Overall was a true 5 star experience in all matters. Highly recommend to folks to stay here.

A good hotel for a few nights

The Horizon is a modern hotel, fresh and clean. Rooms are super! Massive beds and comfortable. Like the roof top pool breakfast is extensive. Good gym

Relatively Good, wont visit again.

The view is incredible

- The staff rately speaks english, especially the servers. They were space headed. - The food isnt as good as it should be for a 5 Star hotel. - Smoking is difficult in this hotel, the only designated area is 10 by 4 with two seating areas.
