Great family holiday

Property is very well done and comfortable. Lobby is a lot better than the rooms though

The rooms feel a little old not like new new specially because of the flooring. But its not too obvious and still looks nice

Very happy with the special food requirements made by the chef. Also the buffet had a very good spread for vegetarian food. Appreciated the help from Mr Amrinder Bains

this is solid 7, not even 8 rating!

1) if you like to hear what your neighbors do - this is your place b/c you can hear all the people in the hall walking by 2) if you like people smoking next to you at breakfast - this is your place, b/c they don't have designated smoking places 3) if you like spicy food - this is your place b/c choice of European food is very limited

great stay would stay again if prices remained the same

good value for money. Staff really polite and attentive Rooms cleaned daily buffet food really nice beach front location

service extremely slow at lunch service in the main dining area even though only 10% occupied. Lots of jelly fish on beach

Comfortable and enjoyable stay

The hotel facilities and guest services were amazing. Very courteous and friendly staff. The kids had a great time on the beach and pool areas for our stay. Highly recommended.

While the hotel is literally located on the palm, which is amazing in its self, it was at the other end of the palm meaning it would always take 10-15 minutes to get out of the palm and then go anywhere else.

Very poor

Mixed performance - too much money for what you get.

Beach and pool are great. Free drinking water is good too. Also the check in and out was smoothly.

There was a Cricket live streaming event in front of our room. Great idea, esp. live, but why not stop at 9 pm? Many customers are young families with kids who need to sleep in time. Room fit out for 4 people was missing - towels, slip flops were only supplied for 2 people. We received a proactive call in the room from the service staff after 10 pm > our baby daughter wakes up due to the ring and could not sleep for next few hours. Thank you very much! On the first evening the second bed for our kid was not prepared although we talked to the staff before leaving earlier.
