Taj Bekal for Christmas Break

Excellent property that was green, spacious, clean and provided a relaxing environment with the backwaters flowing through it.

Beautiful property but not staff not proactive or trained to the Taj standards.

Amazingly beautiful location nestled along the backwaters! And a beautiful property overall.

The staff while super sweet and polite, could have been more helpful. Were misled about the Valiyaparamba backwater cruise they booked for us. Didnt have a thermometer and was usually extremely slow in getting back to us or catering to the most basic needs.

It was a total headache insults, insults & insults insults by the taj staffs who recieved the phone twice & unable to contact property via phone number given in booking. com; a total headache to contact the property no proper respect given anywhere lacklustre breakfast problems in gutter of bathroom on first day below average sitout constant disturbances by staff in name of housekeeping insults by restaurant staff noon "throw out of property" behaviour at checkout point total hopeless it was like i have no respect on spending money total hopeless total hopeless "throw out" body languages pure insults It was so much that i refrained from booking any taj properties anywhere in future plannings after what seen in taj bekal can't find any lineage or good vibes or respect or ease of booking which one would expect from booking. com
