It was a pleasant experience.

Very close to airport, shuttle service, room upgrade, food, staff, friendly service, effortless reservation of the room in the last minute. We used the room to rest between flights. Thank you, Taj

Convenient for pre-flight stay at Bengaluru airport

Well located a few minutes by car from T2 at the airport, and it was great to have a good quality hotel to rest in the night before our early morning flight. The hotel is stunning and food in the restaurants very good (although the service is very slow).

Staff were unresponsive - we tried multiple times ahead of the trip to book spa treatments unsuccessfully, and then trying to order in the restaurants and by the pool was just as frustrating.

Great stay in the new wing !

Breakfast was very good many options eventhough we stayed for 7 nights the waiters went out of their way to offer different options . Atif at cafe 77 was Very helpful and offered great sevice . We stayed on the new side of the hotel . The rooms were new and contemporary. The whole ambience of the new side is what we like .We were shown the old rooms but did not like the smell of the room and the hotel on the old side is dated /old . We enjoyed our stay on the new wing. Only problem Ubers not allowed to pick at the hotel so u have to walk to the Uber zone not even a 5 min walk or the hotel provides a drop off at the Uber zone which was very helpful . Service is excellent at the Taj Bangalore .

The old side of the hotel lifts are old bathrooms are old has wallpaper stuck on the walls to cover it up .Rooms dont smell good .but didnt worry us as we stayed on the new side

Lovely 5 star hotel, would stay again.

Lovely 5 star hotel. Perfect location right across from the airport. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the spa. Although we had to change room a few times, the final room was very comfy with a large king size bed and even a bath tub!

We had to change room two times, once because the bathroom was not clean and the second because we found a bug in the bed. This was all corrected quickly and we were upgraded to a new room. This must of been an execption as this hotel is truly a 5 star hotel! The room was a bit pricey, breakfast wasn't included, but would definitely recommend the stay and the breakfast!

add handicap bars in bathrooms to help older people. The bathroom floor and entrance to the bathroom are slippery. Provide an internet connection or inform how to connect it. Cell phone reception is poor
