Lovely

Room was superb. Parking hard to find late at night. Shuttle to strip was so convenient. Loved the non feel of Vegas Casino, so perfect. Tower 2 elevator non-working. Manager (Filipino looking) was extremely warm and so welcoming! Concierge lady (Ahmar??) is nice and friendly but talked my ears off.

Pool closed early and tower 2 elevator kept getting stuck, other guests said it had a maximum capacity of 2 ppl.

Planning on going back!

Its beautiful and well designed. Perfect for family with kids. The swimming pool area is at the center of the property, making it easy to access from all buildings. Location is perfect, and the shuttle service that takes you to the casino is a plus. Having a Denise next door and a pizza place within the facility makes things a lot easier. Planning my next stay!

Nothing not to like, but upon my arrival my room wasnt available and didnt get what ai was expecting. I had a reservation for two beds and got a bed and a sofa (pull out) not the most comfortable. I was told it was over booked, maybe because I was caught in traffic and a four hour drive, turned into a seven hours. Delaying my check in. I was offered an upgrade for the following day, and when switching rooms; the clerk was so nice she offered a $50 credit to be used within the property, to make up for the inconvenience. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Great place to stay.

Room and linen were clean. We loved it. Hotel facilities were good too. Pool and the lazy river was great. Pools were heated so kids had fun. Every corner there was a life guard so we felt safe to let kids go alone. Shuttle bus to the strip was a good one, it take right to the heart of the strip (closer to Luxor). Kids had fun playing snooker. The roof top outdoor area had a good view of the Vegas Airport. We discovered it late, otherwise its a good place to hand around. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here if we go to Vegas again.

Not many food options around. But Denny's was nearby so it was good. Our room didnt have a good view, it was some trees closeby to out window so didnt see much outside from the room. Wish there were instructions written on how to operate the coffee pot :-). Grocery shop at the reception is not open all 7 days so that's a little inconvenient.
