Not too bad but a bit pricy considered the overall Chiang Mai price range.

The staffs are friendly and the location is not too bad (close to Nimman Rd, about 5-6 mins).

The bathroom water is a bit stuck. The breastfast was only okay.

Good value for money!

It was perfect trip for New Year. They allow you to stay for 24h after your check-in time, so you can stay for late check-out. I booked for 7 rooms, but my room was stingy from the toilet. I asked for changing the room and they did immediately. The staff is so nice and polite. Breakfast is nice too. Love the hotel and would be back for sure

There is no curtain in the shower so y he floor is all wet after showering.

The overall maintenance of the hotel was great with the hall ways and the room with a pleasant scent when you walk in. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms were nicely sized and very quiet.

It was a bit of a walk to Nimman (~15 min) on a hot day on a busy road. The description said the room comes with a bath tub but our room did not.

1) The hotel is modern and beautiful from the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms 2) the staff is welcoming and super attentive: Mr. Win at the reception went out of his way to make us feel at home and even remembered our name while addressing us throughout our stay, giving great recommendations 3) swimming pool area is well taken care of and comfortable 4) breakfast buffet is delicious and fresh with a la carte egg and drinks station with amazing fresh juices shots 5) hotel is conveniently located a little outside of the city center, but a 15 minutes walk from the main shopping center, to go to the city center you can walk 30 minutes to visit the pagodas or call a Grab/Taxi 6) they have their own line of body products that smell and feel amazing and fresh 7) last but not least, they have Japanese-stile smart toilets in the rooms, which is always a fun and convenient novelty for me as a European.

Note, as Booking shows the negatives before the positives, please also read the positives below as the hotel is great, I'm just trying to share some useful feedback! Not specific only to this amazing hotel, but some pet peeves I have with most modern design hotels: 1) glass bathroom doors that you can't close properly, I like my privacy 2) showers have no doors: when you shower, even carefully, water splashes everywhere and you have to mop it up if you want to use the rest of the bathroom safely 3) the higher-end the hotel is, the more unintuitive the light switch location is: at Syn it took me a good 5 minutes to turn all of the lights off at night, and I finally managed via the master switch, but there's a catch: if you switch the master light off, then the bathroom dimming light is also switched off, so at night you only have the bathroom night light Last thing and the only one specific to this hotel's check-in process that could be improved as compared to the other hotels I've stayed at: even though I had pre-paid my booking via Booking.com I was asked to provide a credit card as a guarantee in case of damages, this is standard practice, but instead of blocking and releasing the amount from my card I was asked to write my credit card number down and expiration date on a piece of paper which is highly risky and accessible by anyone who has access to the front desk. Without the CVV this shouldn't be super risky, but hadn't I had a virtual disposable credit card to provide, I would have been very nervous about giving out my card details like that.

Well worth the money

Very comfortable room. Spacious and well designed. Bed was super comfy. Refreshments in the mini bar are all inclusive. Check in and check out time policy is the best!

Nothing to dislike. Love everything.
