A 4 star hotel with a 3 star service.

Clean and spacious rooms. Special mention to general manager Mr.Roy who sorted out the issues we had with the front office staff. The food was good.

The attitude of the reception staff and the way they handle fuest requests and queries is far from professional. Not what you would expect from a 4 star resort. The TV in the room was not working and the maintenance team who handled the issue was very lethargic. The resort is huge,however, many of the common areas lack maintenance.

good property . nice nature around . food was really great , staff was responsive

many small small issues which made staying not comfortable . WiFi was pathetic , Rooms not maintained, towels horrible , pool dirty , toiletries not good

Lovely hotel and location. Brilliant restaurant providing Breakfast lunch and dinner. (Which you need to do as its away from central port blair)

Communication with the reception staff did not get followed up. This was especially true as needed to pay prior to getting there and was unable to pay using uk credit card

Good variety of buffet breakfast and dinner. The property is beautiful surrounded by the reserve forest. Staff was prompt in their services

Fencing around the water stream and pond is very much needed for the kids safety.

The room is good, the bathroom is good, hot water. The bed is comfortable. The TV wasn't work so good.... and they did not come to fix it, it was annoying because all day was raining and we have to be only in the room.

Brakefaset and dinners was awful. The food is not good for 5 stars, I was in 3 stars and it was better. It was only Indian food and not continental food like it wrote, and also the Indian food wasn't so good. In the morning they have only black coffee, and they said that the capochino machine don't work. I think the Value for money is not worth it. Also it was raining all day and we didn't have umbrellas in the room so we walked in the rain.

Close to beach, great location, great views, workable WiFi, clean and comfy rooms

Location is amazing, Chidiyatapu has a great beach, and apparently a zoo located close by. Breakfast was OK - very basic - no choice. Staff is friendly. For some reason their main phone number was not reachable, though someone did connect back after a bunch of messages and we had a good resolution. This place is about 30mins from the airport, no network signals here except BSNL. The hotel has WiFi - its a bit clunky to use, but it works. A-la-carte food options were better.

Breakfast buffet could have had more variety. The staff could encourage more local discovery by playing up the sights near the hotel.
