Good for short stay away with Family - clean room but elevator may take time for residences

Rooms are spacious (for the residence and clean), good mountain view, have ample parking space, and are able to manage crowds during peak hours for breakfast.

A bit of a drive up to Genting if needed, elevator will take some time during peak hours, and although there is a pool cafe, there is no one manning the cafe as its closed.

As 5 star hotel, looks not 5 star hotel. 3 star is enough. 1. Only one restaurant 2. I know it is genting highland area but less service.

Brutalist building in a good location - but steer clear over the busy Christmas period

The location was good. It was possible to walk to local shops and restaurants from the hotel.

The main problem was the lifts (elevators). The complex includes apartments as well as hotel rooms. As it was Christmas, it was busy and every single lift was full to capacity. Sometimes it would take up to 6 minutes and on one occasion, ten minutes to get from the room to the lobby by cramming into an already-full lift. The apartment we stayed in was meant to include a kitchenette. There was a fridge and cupboard space, but no cutlery or crockery, apart from some mugs. No hand towels were provided, only bath towels. The TV remote didn't work. The toilet roll was not replaced, we had to request one.

Not a good and clean experience

The breakfast spread was good. However, the staff was rushing to clear the table

Our check in time was 3pm. However, we reached around 345 -4pm. The room was not ready. When we asked when the room will be ready, staff at the reception gave a very ridiculous answer, we can't say...that really pissed us of...we were travelling all the way form Langkawi and was dead tired. Finally she said 5 mins and we got the room at 5pm ! The grab taxi was not easily available..and the charged 10 ringett per person to go to Awana ..when the grab showed around 8 Ringett. We had no option but to take it ..the staff in the hotel is least.friendly..and they did not really careboir individual guests.. there whetr just focussed on the group booking.The toilet was stinking of urine and the seat was not that clean. The wash basin was clogged too .. thankfully we stayed only for a day. The services provided Vs the price paid not justified.
