Very comfy stay with elderly and children

Location was great and very convenient. There are also many food options around the hotel, including a bakery and sushi store in the hotel lobby. Beds were large and comfy.

Would be great if the gym could open earlier. More food items for the buffet breakfast.

Very good hotel that matches the expectations.

It was a proper 4-star hotel with the service you expect. The staff was very polite and helpful. A wide range of breakfast options, for Europeans also enough to choose. Parking under the hotel (from the backstreet) and validation at the service desk was easy. Nice bakery and restaurant in the hotel.

A smart thing to do before you want to park your car; check Google Streetview and check out the route / entrance. Taipei has a lot of one direction streets so check out how to get to the hotel car pak entrance.

Comfortable and well located

Really convenient location with two Metro lines right outside the hotel. The staff are so kind and helpful, letting us check in early to one of the rooms. They also packed us breakfast for our last day as we had to leave for the airport very early. Our rooms were modern, spacious, comfortable, and clean; bonus points for the bidet in the bathroom. The lobby and restaurants may be old but I think that adds to their charm. Breakfast was also varied and sufficient!

Great location and great staff and amazing breakfast!

Location was amazing, right outside the metro station and the lady at the reception check in was a star. Overall all their staff were amazing. I would definitely stay there again!
