Location near the mall of tunjungan plaza and in the city centre.

In the lobby and in the lift they put air freshner very bad one.

A good location hotel but condition of hotel is quite average.

Swiss Belinn Tunjungan is located strategically at Tunjungan Plaza, just a stone throw. Lots of good eateries around its area.

The hotel furniture seems quite old. Junior suite room was one of the smallest we have experienced by far. The bed was not that huge. Aircon unit leaking badly till we have to keep on and off it. Not much choices for their breakfast.

The daily breakfast was fantastic with a big selection and good quality. The staff were also very friendly.

Like all buildings in Surabaya, it seems, the furnishings, fixtures and finish of the rooms, facilities and the building were generally very poor. Although still mostly functional there were many dilapidated and broken things. The build quality was very poor. I don't think there is a lot of thought or management going into making the stay better for the customers. Many simple and inexpensive things could be done to keep up the quality and functionality of the fixtures, facilities and furnishings. If things carry on like this, then I fear there will be accidents and the value for money will continue to decline.
