Passable

Arrived at the room at 2pm check in with brown running water, was not resolved until 8pm. Air conditioning unit was leaking, no one came to fix this.

The rooftop pool was a highlight and the bathroom was very beautiful.

It was pretty on first appearance, but it was rough around the edges. The kitchen tap was wobbly and the door for one of the kitchen units was falling off its hinges. The kettle plug didn't fit into the wall and there was only 1 cup even though they knew there were 2 of us. The air conditioning wasn't great either. We expected more from this hotel.

It was a nice layout of the unit - we had two separate master-bedrooms and quite spacious common area. Location is close enough to Surin beach and there are choice of eateries nearby. They provided complimentary drinking water and it was already in fridge.

Reception only works for short time during check-in and check-out time (around 12pm and 2pm), otherwise no one available. I asked some questions using booking chat - and they just sent me to reception which is not there. I lost key-card to the room and they asked me for 500baht in cash. I don't mind charge for lost items, but they refused to take my card - only cash, so I believe I was conned. That's why aftertaste of being guest here is not so great.

Location a bit far from main street. Light in bathroom too dark-cant do make up. Didnt like glass wall to bedrooms. Dark curtains broken and not wide enough to block out privacy.

Its great spot for relaxing and the pool is really cool

The place is great its kinda new and very modern interior and the bed is super comfortable, it has everything you need, its good for relaxing as its located in a very quiet area

Its not close to beach you have to walk a little distance, beside its really in a place that nothing is close to you, but its not only the hotel area is quite its the whole neighborhood as it gets very dark and no move at all either during the day or night. Also there were no staff on reception and we had to call a number they put on the reception to make us check in and out, its not a big issue for us but this how quite this place works
