Dishonest staff upgrade your room without requesting to the corner end room with long walking distance

Near to sunway lost world & had a free parking lot with night park tickets

Dishonest staffs. During check in, suddenly told me that will upgrade my room without me requesting. Told me it was same bed size. I felt weird at first why upgrade my room ? When Im walking towards my room with my luggage & bags. They changed my room to the end corner room where I need to walk a long distance until the end. ( Room 155 ) after giving them a call, only change back to my original room that I booked at the middle with park view that supported to be. Morning walk in park quite tired & sore legs. Check in walking to room with own bags & luggages to the end of the room that make us feel like been cheated & not welcome. If I dont ask back the room that supposed to stay in, Im sure they have a good price for the room with park view.

It was really close to the theme park.

The interior is rather old. That includes the carpet, the wardrobe our toilet was actually stuck in the first night:(

Great stay, great value!

Super near to the Lost World Clean and comfortable Hot shower provided Cold ac Nice breakfast and ambience And ofc, tickets to the night park at the Lost World! Great value for money

The floor is tiled so it gets pretty cold for people who cannot tolerate much cold such as myself. But nothing bad! Just personal preference

We love the free night park tickets that come with it. The park is nice eurh. Hitspring

The toilet flush doesn't work, when we want to call, the phone is not working as well. Very basic amenities. the bed is hard. Me and my daughter had rashes and itchiness on the bed.
