Great. Will stay again at Sun and Sand on my next visit to Shirdi

We were in a suite in Sun & Sand. Room was beautiful lit-up with a spacious living room and bedroom. Two large smart TVs kept both my 5 year old and my son entertained with their respective programs. Food was just outstanding, service so exceptional and the staff so courteous that was a refreshing change for us.

All excellent and except for the bed.

we have been staying in this property since 2004. we like Sun & Sand Shirdi

We booked a suite. the bed is not commiserate with expected standards. Double Bed is provided and the length of the bed is inadequate for anyone above 6 (I am 62). This makes quality of sleep below average. Atleast Queen/ King size bed should be provided for this price.

Good stay

Good ambience, big rooms, cleanliness, staff behaviour, food. Room Service, in room dining were excellent. Service was quite prompt. Staff were very friendly and respectful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nature was in bounty with the hotel surrounded by greenery. Food was excellent at the restaurant.

1. The wifi password gets reset every day and then we need to call and ask for it. This is really inconvenient, given a five star hotel, such medieval policies are not acceptable. They need to have competent IT policies and professionals. 2. The access cards used to get deactivated - apparently when they came in contact with mobile phones. Again an example of an old type system with not so good quality. They need to upgrade such systems to the latest once such that customers are not inconvenienced. Overall their technology elements need upgrade

Greenery and food

Vicinity to noisy neiborhood playing loud band music for private event. Walking on the approach road could be cleaner and good wide clean footpath would help.

Very poor value, get your asset upgraded, bathrooms and roo.

Breakfast was okay! Staff needs more training!Speed of service and eagerness was nil. Hospitality is not easy, but we paid rupee 33000 very poor value

Again get duty management to do the job they are paid for.
