Very good

The Hotel was very beautiful and also we'll maintained. The staffs were friendly and welcoming.

The location was not very good. It had a steep downpath road connecting to it, which was broken.

Second Stay and again it was awesome

This was our second trip after lachen, lachung stay. Same as first one it was very comfortable stay. We enjoyed a lot, staff was polite.

Location was good

Staffs there were very unwelcoming and sounded very rude. Total lack of communication from hotel about the documents required at the time of booking. Food was not good at all and very less option. Amongst all, Maggie was the worst. Really need to work on food quality. Bathrooms were not up to mark. Shower handle was broken and the water flowed out from the tap so forcefully that was something that i experienced first time from a 4 star hotel
