Greed Greed Greed. I had booked 1 double bed room and 1 triple bed room for myself and family. By mistake, I forgot to add number of adults. On realising the mistake, I contacted the property to make the changes - they bluntly demanded extra charges although booking amount is same. Imagine paying 3K Extra just because u forgot to add number of adults. And this booking was without any breakfast or addon. When the room capacity is of 3 person, why should one pay extra upto 3 persons. They completely harassed us and denied to return advance booking amount in case of cancellation. Too much greed in the administration.

Darjeeling holiday spoiled

Sit out garden in the 3rd floor

Location very inconvenient, wifi pathetic, toilet fittings shaky, shabby(used?) bed spreads - had to ask them to chsnge, congested room(for the amount paid), poor response for room service, sub standard house keeping. Witnessed other guests also raising complaints and shouting. Bitter experience

The staff were pleasant especially in the restaurant

No twin rooms Had to book another room so we could have a seperate bed Water in shower was TOO hot and unable to be used - yes we did try to add cold. Told numerous staff members over the couple of days we were there and no action taken.

Nice location, good food, variety in breakfast, helpful and cordial staffs.

Needs little more cleaning - especially toilets. Also toiletries weren't replenished properly, had to ask for it.

Exceptional Staff

Exceptional staff! I have stayed in numerous places around the world, and these guys have some of the best staff on their roll. They were always listening, polite, and they reacted extremely fast. The hassle-free travel desk came in handy when we wanted to go sightseeing.

The fact that only one keycard could be issued for a family room was a slight bummer. Even though the staff were ready to open the room for us anytime, it was still an inconvenience.
