The Suite Deal room has an amazing view, but it is located next to reception which can be noisy. The room was let in early, which was appreciated, but there was only one pillow per person. The recept (Read More)ion lacks amenities, but the room has tea, coffee, and a fridge. The vintage elevator is a nice touch. However, the shutters are noisy and make it difficult to sleep when it's windy. The flush button is also stuck. The location is convenient, with a 15-minute walk from Termini station.

Very good

Lovely stay. I would recommend it.

The helpful and friendly reception staff, the young lady who gave us the city map and some tips where to visit was so helpful! Thank you. :) The suite was comfortable and nicely decorated.

The mugs need to be cleaned better. 2 of our mugs were dirty when we arrived in the suite. Also, the mold under the bathroom ceiling needs a clean. Suggestion: more coffee pods in the bedrooms.

Amazing

Loved that it wasnt just like a standard hotel. It was a lovely original property with all original features and a beautiful view but the rooms were lovely & modern

We were the first room so you could hear everybody coming and going in the night time

I liked that it was close to the central station

I didnt like that. One of my things got stolen. It was a simple black long sleeve shirt. I ask about it and the person I was in contact with didnt offer any solution. I have a proof that I had this shirt because I have a picture with it, and they said that if the shirt wasnt found so that was it and they would not do any thing else. I dont know if it was a mistake or if they thought that I wouldnt see notice my missing shirt but it was gone. The people at the reception werent really a lot there and they werent really that nice. I do not recommend this place even if the location is good. You can find a better one !!

Location is near train station

The water heater tank not heating, it seems to used up after one shower. The next person using, no hot water. Our family have to shower in the cold water. We found one dead bed bug in the beddings when we are checking out on 16 Nov 23. We took a photo and Informed the staff to look into it. We are also very worried of bringing bedbugs on our 11-day cruise and back home. The doorman at the apartment was not friendly we were shouted as if we were convicted criminal. Few members walk down the store to buy drinks and I waited inside the apartment stairs area, as it was a long day, I seated on the steps to rest and wait for them, but I was shouted and yelled at by the doorman, to go back to my room IMMEDIATELY. I believed a nicer tone and friendlier approach would be appreciated.

The price is very reasonable, close to Termini (recommend if you don't have heavy luggage).

If you carry heavy luggage, it's quite tired to walk to the property.

Good location with comfortable room

Very good location, friendly staff. Nice beds and shower. Beautiful view from the Michelangelo square in the Cloister of Michelangelo, which is in the back of the place.

Problems with the coffee machines. There was no shower stall, so the water was everywhere when we had showers.
