No facilities were taken for granted and repulsed by host response. Children normally make noise especially toddlers and these guys were behaving like they are from Mars and pretty sure it was not due to lot of complaints from other guests perse but rather lack of serviceable attitude by staff.
.. Noon and Afternoon doesn't come under quite hours and same has been conveyed to the staff. If you cannot host the family or group of family, then pls don't host. You were not dong it for free but for 40k. Nothing was exaggerated, it took lot of time to get coffee and hours to get fresh towels on second day after multiple follow-ups. None of the staff were courteous except the incharge. .surprised regarding garbage comment, if you host 12 adults , 11 toddlers together, you tend to have lot of garbage in dustbins .. especially you don't have restaurants and restaurants were overflowing because of weekend, so we relied on swiggy and Zomato..Was the room cleaned after day 1 or was it offered ?
you got 40k, try to improve based on the feedback and don't put it back on customer.
This is not suitable for family at all especially with children.
