Home from

Big clean room with marble floor in bathroom. Staff always friendly and all very willing to assist. Router replaced when WiFi not working. Buffet breakfast yummy - enjoyed the porridge and the omelettes.

Fridge only reaches about 18 degrees C so not viable to store fresh milk.

Rooms are good, room service is good. Towels can be better.

location was convenient for me. breakfast was okay. Was hot and fresh.

the phone was not working on the day of arrival and also on the next day. complaint on the next day was not attended to. i had given them the driving license for ID proof. this was not returned to me! And i had stayed for 2 nights . even if i have forgotten to ask for it, should not the reception team have returned it to me???

The location is excellent....

The staff is less to service the guests. Hand towels are torn and unavailable. The hygiene is a concern as well as the service is pathetic due to lack of staff.

Check in was at 2. After a long flight we had to wait till 4.30pm because the room was not done, kept us shifting to different rooms until late. My wife being ill this was not expectable. When i asked for a discount after all this Hassel, the reception person told me that we don't do that. Everone avoid this hotel. I will not touch this hotel with a barge pole
