The villas are great, with a good pool, the all wooden theme and living in your own privacy.

But of a distance from central ubud, though not a big bother.

Worst Stay In Bali

Room was not as shown in pictures. Door was broken, Noise coming out of WC, Room allocated other than Room booked due to AC malfunction. There's a lot to write in this section. Suggesting anyone looking for this property to go for any other one instead of this.

A beautiful spot just need to fix the pool issues.

Very comfortable bed. Nicely designed space with lots of privacy.

Pool issues! When we arrived we were told we had been moved to a different villa as there was an issue with our pool so we had to wait while they prepared it. The pool in the villa we were given was ok but very green. By the following morning it was murky with an oily surface. We complained and we given use of a different pool which was beautiful and clean. Such a shame this wasnt our pool from the start.

really love the people was very helpful and decent. The location was very good near to middle of a good. The Internet was very good.

really I believe that the Villa need to upgrade the pool wasnt clear or even clean they really need to upgrade and clean the pool and even the Walter. It seems like very long long time they even clean it they have green color, not clean. The garden need update need to be renovated . The room was big but the door of the room doesnt close well so Millie all the mosquitoes enter the room so there is a lot of empty spaces between the expansion joints need to be fulfilled because when its raining, the water come inside the mosquitoes come inside the door doesnt close well so overall need a great

The staff is nice. Internet is fast.

The place is ran down and just dirty, with mold, poop falling from the roof, etc. We were pretty disgusted and left after one night forgoing our reservation.

Almost entire facility requires better maintenance and cleaning. Most electrical fittings were not user friendly.

Very good

Great for a private and relaxing stay.

The privacy of our villas. Having a backyard rather than just a balcony was a bonus. Having our own private pool was good. Nice outdoor sitting area that overlooks a rice paddy and geese was a relaxing view.

Property is in need of a little more maintenance. The resort's restaurant was a little disappointing.

food was good. Room was spacious. staff very friendly and polite. 10 min walking distance from Ubud centre.

being near natural environment, there was lot of insects and lizard there. the pool was too deep and not comfortable for children to enjoy. The bathroom drain had some foul smell.

Absolute perfection! Will stay here again :)

Gorgeous villas surrounded by tropical plants and beautiful interior decor. It was such a beautiful environment, especially when coming back from a day trip and relaxing in the private swimming pool. Bedding was also very comfortable, protected with a canopy as mosquito net. The hotel offered a floating breakfast for a small fee (80K IDR), which was the cherry on top! I also wanted to explore activities locally so decided to take one of their sunset tours. The hotel organized a private driver and facilitated a beautiful day out - totally customized to its customers preferences. I also had a couple of meals and ordered a spa service to my room. Their customer service is 100/10! The hotel is also located in Ubud, which feels like a bit of a drive from the airport (1.5 hours ish depending on traffic) but I think it was perfect because it was about 1-2 hours away to most attractions on the island in any direction. If I stayed closer to Denpasar/airport, I would have had to travel much farther to make it to all the places I visited. Highly recommend staying here. Will come back again!
