TERRIBLE ended up not staying and driving home!!!!!

It was a complete mess the booking agent rang me on the wrong day for my ETA and seemed not interested didn't seem care they had made a mistake, then when I tried to phone her the correct day of my booking the booking agent [Kristy] would not answer left message still have not had any reply, the property was disguised when advertised much it was very different to what and where it actually listed as, it was a terrible experience and I would never recommend or ever use this agent or property again

Everything the Booking agent was USELESS finally when I found the property in a building that was NOT described in the add the people at reception would not assist and said these booking agents always stuff these booking up and they could not assist.

Lovey location. Right across the road from the beach.

Its a ground floor apartment right next to the car park which was noisy at times. Other than that, it was great.

Fab modern comfortable property located in the heart of Burleigh Heads.

The property is modern and renovated and decorated beautifully. The living space is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook. The bedrooms are lovely, with comfortable beds and bedding. The bathrooms are great, very clean and modern. Loved that 1L Sukin body wash, shampoo and conditioner was supplied! We appreciated the kids board games and puzzles that were supplied and the Bluetooth speaker. The location is perfect. Very short walk across the road to the beach (patrolled) and very short walk to Main Street with cafes, restaurants and shops. Will definitely visit again.

Its located on ground floor next to the properties main car park. However, it wasnt noisey like I expected and privacy not an issue with the window furnishings. The shutters in the second bedroom do not block the bright morning sun that comes in at 5am. This just meant our son was up early each morning, but we just had more time in the day!
