Extravagant hotel but small items to be improved.

The room was big and pleasant, with many small items and surprises to discover. The entire hotel is extravagant and experience per se.

Check out was a bigger and more long-standing process than actual check-in. The rooms are hot, but when you turn on the AC, there is noise. There is a reflector that hits your eyes, so not much sleep is possible .

Relaxing stay in a fantastic location!

Fantastic location and gorgeous, spacious rooms. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Restaurant excellent too!

The one bit of friendly feedback cause everything was pretty great is regarding the metal stairs in the room, the treads are quite slippy and the top of the stair isnt well defined. I could see people injuring themselves quite badly on these. It would also be great if there was a subtle way to light the stairs at night so you dont end up turning on the larger light and disturbing other members of your party.

A great stay at beautiful hotel located in the centre of Budapest

The location is one of many advantages the hotel has to offer. It is located in the vicinity of all the main attractions, and for those attractions not located in the city centre, the metro station is just few minutes away from the hotel. Special thanks to all the staff. They were all very kind, polite, helpful and always with a smile on their face. We stayed during Christmas holidays and hotel was offering complimentary drink upon the arrival, a lot of various festive snacks which was a pleasant surprise and nice touch to the wonderful service. Room was clean, spacious and exactly the same as shown on photos.

Everything was really great, there are just couple of details that (from my personal opinion) are missing: - A signage where hotel lobby and the reception is. Upon our arrival we were a bit confused and after asking at the ground floor lobby, we were told that the reception of a hotel is on 2nd floor. - A wardrobe in room is missing, or at least a place to put on or store the luggage. - Upon our arrival, the welcome letter said that each hotel room has a polaroid camera, but our room didn't have one (and we booked a suite). We were later informed that they don't have enough cameras, so some rooms have a camera, and other rooms don't. My suggestion would be to either have it in all rooms, or in none because this random selection is not looking that good. Especially when we have to explain ourselves that we didn't take it. - The minibar fridge was turned on but it was not cooling anything inside. - An ice machine located on each floor would be a good idea.

Lovely boutique hotel. Just beware some rooms are noisy. Choose well and you wont be disappointed.

A beautiful hotel with the nicest staff in the world :)

A really beautiful hotel, located in the centre of the city. The main hall where the restaurant is (and where breakfast is served) is simply amazing! Our room was big and comfortable. We stayed in Stories during my husband's birthday and the hotel gave us a bottle of very good sparkling wine to celebrate - a big thank you for that! My advice to all travellers: just book a room in Stories and enjoy your stay! Happy New Year!

The location is amazing!! Also the room is very spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

In a 5 day stay, towels were not changed, and even used cups in the room were not washed or replaced. Only the trash was taken out daily. Room cards were constantly deactivated, and we needed to go back to the reception multiple times

A perfect example of how a luxury hotel should be. Went above and beyond and had a brilliant stay.

Everything. Lovely added touches to make you feel very valued and special. We stayed in a suite loft room and loved the extra touches in the room and around the hotel. We got a couples massage in our room which was very convenient. Breakfast - which we won as a Christmas present - was the best Ive ever had in such a beautiful setting.
