Exceptional

Lovely stay near Kodai Lake.

Excellent customer service, clean rooms, amazing flavorful cuisine with a wide variety of food. Fun activities, festivities, dj's and bonfires too! Very family friendly. Also great for solo or couples. Super close to the Kodai lake. So lovely.

The property is beautiful

Resort swiped my credit card another time of check in and Booking.com blocked my credit card which was also swiped. Payment was debited twice. Now they are not refunding one amount stating that they didn't receive money from booking.com. I'm going through a very rough phase now.

Worst experience.

Very old property with no renovation or improvements for 37 yrs. Not same looks as in photos. Not value for money. Lots of issues like food, facilities, game availabilities. Old people with wheel chair access not advisable to go here.

Passable

Poor WiFi. Stayed there two nights, there is no wifi range. Even after raising the complaint it was not sorted out. Its good for members. For non-members, its not worthy for the money spend.
