Disappointing

The rooms were not that clean. Heat, during winter, failed multiple times. Rooms cleaning were not ready on the day until 5 pm. It is not worth the money paid for this hotel.

Perfect place to call "home" while in Vienna shopping.....top notch!

Location for the hotel is exceptional! The room was great....breakfast was not on our agenda. Great stay!

To be super picky, I was not thrilled with the shower that got everything wet in the bathroom....everything else was awesome.

Great value for money at perfect location in vienna!

Very good room size for 2 adults and 2 children. Kettle, nespresso machine, strong blow hairdryer, chocolates are highlights of the room. I love that there were 2 doors before you reached toilet which you dont wake anyone in the room if you need to have shower. Room temperature was great even it was snowing outside. Breakfast perfect loved the poached eggs and smoked salmon also overnight oats perfectly made i had to ask for recipes. Hotel staff very helpful, location great although because weather was not good we had to take transport everywhere. I loved the lobby area and bar to have food whenever we couldnt go out with kids they made everything we asked for.

The hotel itself, excellent location and very hospitable staff, always there to help! One of the best experiences Ive ever had while traveling. Recommended 100%. Huge thanks to the hotel staff for being so polite and so attentive!
