Uncomfortable stay in Mahabaleshwar

The Staff tried very hard. Vinod was very courteous and the food he cooked was quite good. The location was good.

1. The property is in bad shape and needs lots of repairs and maintenence. 2. It was very dirty and not clean. Husband and wife are not enough to manage the property. Need additional persons to clean. Serious efforts are required to clean the property during a guest stay. 3. The staff are not well trained as to service of food etc. Did not provide fresh towels, and gave only on asking etc.

Excellent view, very well laid out desing and facilities. Soft spoken staff.

View is good only from 2 rooms on the ground floor. 2 rooms in basement are suffocating without view. Staff is less for 5 rooms and needs training to be available and attend guests. Property needs maintenance. Swimming pool was not operation and the news was broken on arrival. Lawns
