Everything was good. The staff were excellent and efficient. They even kept my bags after Id checked out and I think that was so helpful.

Theres no variety on tv. Theres no smart tv options.

Underwhelming.

The staff were friendly and helpful

The rooms were very small and dont match the size advertised on the app. The breakfast was limited. Our aircon and room service phone was not functional. Noise could be heard from all surrounding pubs throughout the night. The TV channels were very limited as well.

The hotel staff were friendly and responds spontaneously when we needed help.

The food was terrible and one of the room was not cleaned and both rooms we had to call for change of towels they just folded them dirty and put back on our bathrooms.

Exceptional

Access to the rooftop bar and indoor swimming pool. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly nd quick to meet all our needs.

The cleaning staff (housekeeping) was overwhelmed as results our room were cleaned around 16:00 in the afternoon

Great, but there's room for improvement.

The location is perfect for a family setup. The buffet breakfast with family was a win and there was easy access to other activities you might require outside the hotel. The diversity of the people booked at the hotel highlights inclusivity of all people.

The staff was not friendly except for the Manager of the breakfast hall and the security guard at parking entrance. We requested for assistance regarding disposal of a sanitary towel and did not get help. The pool side is too small and not child friendly as it is close to the bar, outdoor sitting of the bar does not have enough sitting space.Please consider having an entertainment area for kids.
