Sensible place with rooftopbar/nice owner in Malate close to the attractions

Wonderful owner Edgar Allen Paul, experienced welcoming decent character who got a lot of tips what to see/eat/to be careful about and in a nutshell of and has a response to almost every question. Rooftop bar&restaurant with great vues/drinks and lunch meals :) Looking for a place close to Rizzal Park/Intramuros & Binondo China town - well this a sensible place to stay. Shopping centre/Pedro Gil Station in walking distance, same as attractions (+-30min)

subjective but sidestreet was loud during the night. But consider: its a busy city

Good location, friendly staff

Good location in Malate/Ermita close to public transport LRT stops, jeepneys, shopping centre, supermarket, restaurant and shops. Hot water in the showers Good Wi-Fi and A/C, the shared kitchen is decently equipped and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lockers are pretty small and so there is not much space to store or place your belongings, no privacy curtain in the upper bunk beds. Sometimes it can get a bit noisy at night time as there is a loud music bar nearby.

Not so great..

The matresses of the beds were comfy.

The hosts were quite impatient, and they didn't treat me like I was a guest. When I asked a single question, they sighed, rolled their eyes, and even face-palmed right in front of me. They were also pushing me to stay more than one night, repeatedly asking: Only one night? Are you sure? During check-in. I felt like they were blaming me for my stay. The AC's in the rooms are very loud, so bring earplugs if you want to use them.

clean, comfy, very affordable

fairly organized, clean, and suitable for an emergency stay. I arrived very late due to a delayed flight and needed a place to stay for a few hours. There's hot shower and curtains were provided for privacy. The staff was really helpful and cheerful even in the wee hours of the morning

the location is around the red district but not in the center. The driver warned me sometimes he would get unnecessary offers. The property is located in the fourth floor via an elevator and the first floor lobby looked like a bit disorganized.

hope it was more cheap. there were too many bugs on my bed. like ants. It was quite noisy at night.

Not the place I want to come back

Good location

Cheated at the bar upstairs, check the receipts. A patient with consumption lived on the floor, he walked around every half hour, spitting and vomiting in the common showers and toilet. Very noisy. And not that cheap. Just look for something else.

Solo wander in Manila

Price- Affordable for solo traveler like me Location- close to the mall and transportation Staff- kind,attentive and very accommodating Room- clean and AC function very well. I will definitely go back here next time.

Boys and girls together in one room. Even you're sleeping stay alert and vigilant.
