Superb

Better than expected in terms of a hotel pub and lovely place to stay right by the beach.

Small but clean and modern room, amazing location right on the beach. Busy but friendly staff. stayed mid-week so no problems with the noise from the bar below. bonus having all the sports channels in your room and a working smart TV.

Room is very small and full of little traps to make you spend money.. like an expensive mini bar fridge and board games that you have to pay for if you use them.

Very poor

Terrible and ruined my thoughts on manly

Location was great but thats the only good thing . We had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our apartment with suitcases and a husband who has had 5 back operations. We were not notified that the lift wasnt working. The apartment was filthy especially the kitchen . We bought food to cook in the oven but discovered dead cockroaches in there so decided against cooking . All the facilities were poorly with loose handles, broken fan switches. The apartment smelt terrible even though we sprayed it with glen 20. The balconies were very uninviting with dust a dead plants . The noise was crazy starting at 3am with trucks collecting bottles and continued all morning.

Cool hotel in great location

Clean and comfy room, great shower and breakfast Like the pub as it had many rooms. Terrific location

No car parking and Manly has terrible car park prices Tv channels hard to use... couldn't find channel 9

Passable

The location was perfect and food was fantastic. Staff were lovely and very friendly.

Unfortunately, it was VERY noisy, music until 3am

Pleasant

Loud. No sleep. Great view. Intermittent shower pressure.

The space was stylish.

It was not made clear on booking, or when we arrived, that there would be a DJ set and club night under our room until 4am. The website suggested until 10pm and the bass was pumped up from about 1am onwards. So no sleep for us.
