good place with good ambiance but need to focus on the quality of things

location was good

should have applied some pest control. I could find all the insects in the room. Moreover, quality of things used in washroom were not up to the mark. I could see toilet handpump has leakages, bathtub shower was not working properly. one additional tap should be available on the washroom apart from the washbasin and bathtub tap.

Uncomfortable

No breakfast was included, but the staff were very helpful in giving us something to eat early on the morning.

The bed linens were used and reeked of hair oil. They were also torn and burnt by cigarettes. Had to call housekeeping who replaced them after having pointed out how dirty they were. He was still a little unhappy. The pool was so dirty that it was brown water with no visibility of the bottom of the pool.

The only thing we liked there was food,the place

The resort is nice. But one thing I want to tell u that why you people make frauds in online booking I was trusted by booking.com and when I went there it was different there is already a confirm booking but still when I visited resort there was an adjustment not only one totally it was adjustment why I paid 25600rs to stay in a resort for two days I was with my family there the hotel staff they told me your booking is for one day and when I asked about my booking made online the next day they shifted me to another resort which was not up level which I have paid totally was not satisfied with the trip.

Rooms are nice. food is good. staff is good and cooperative. it is right on the bank of river, but all good resorts in the area are similarly on bank of river.

location is very bad. one need own a car if wants to stay there. very expensive taxis. road to resort is also not very good and it is not correctly marked on Google map too. cleanliness needs to be improved. we changed two rooms , and both rooms has some issues or other
