Fair quality for a expensive hotel.

Free parking available is a plus. I could leave my car during the day and take the public transport (there is a station right in front) to tourist the city center.

They asked me to remove my car from the parking. The main reason I chose this hotel was the parking.

Great location, Great breakfast. Sadly we couldnt control the heat .

The position of the hotel perfect to get into the center by tram.

The room was too hot and no coffee, tea facilities.

Very good option if you want to be close to the airport and the center of the city

The location is fantastic. You can get to the hotel by taking the tram and in a matter of 10 minutes tops you'll be there. Also, the tram has a stop right in front of the hotel which makes things very easy for all guests that want to move around the city. The personnel is very attentive and kind. The rooms are also very nice and comfortable.

I feel the hotel's infrastructure is a little old and not in a "classic way" but in the real sense of really old. For instance, the elevator does not seem quite as nice as the rest of the hotel and makes some sounds that might scare some guests. I feel the prices are a little elevated if I take into consideration the relation quality-price.

Perfect hotel for airport access with helpful English-speaking staff.

The location is perfect. Halfway between the city center and airport with easy access to the center by tram. There is a nice park across the street and with restaurants and amenities nearby.

The beds in our room were too firm.

We have stayed t this hotel many times and it is always a good experience.

We arrived early- just before 10:00a.m. but the desk staff found a room that had been cleaned for an early check-in. There was a fellow who helped us with pour large amount of luggage. It was a great arrival. There was even parking in front of the hotel.

Disappointing

Very surprised we had no reservation. I had all the paperwork to prove the reservation was good.

They had no reservation for us. Had received several notifications about checkin. Had to go to another hotel they own in a different area. Wanted to be in the original area for a specific business reasons.

Very poor

Very rude reception ruined the entire stay. Arrived late at night after a long drive and the receptionist immediately told us to quiet down when we simply asked to check in. Neighborhood is not great either.
