The location was great and it was very clean. Frank at the reception was great. Very courteous and helpful. I was with kids and he made our check in process easier.

Good location close to the metro station. The room was smaller but clean.

Too warm in the room. The windows are not possible to be opened on the vent. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were not tasty and were cold. TV with Italian channels only.

nice city, hotel location ok, food experience poor

Rooms are ok, check in and out quick and friendly

we were having breakfast late in the morning, the staff was completely unorganised and not friendly, eggs and brioche not filled up, empty tables not cleaned up, and the omelett we had to pay extra was just poor

Location and decor.

We requested two separate beds and they gave us a double bed when we request to change they gave us another room slightly bigger but also with a double bed. Lift was small and slow
