DISASTER - Thieves stole our luggage from the hotel lobby, next to us, while we were checking in

our luggage was stollen during our check in, from the lobby of the hotel the hotel didn't help us at all , didn't checked the video camera from the lobby , didn't call the police and didn't offer any compensation, They react as they were aware about the thieves and consider that it is not their problem that their clients are robbed inside their property . I am sure we weren't the first tourists in this situation . We spend our first 5 hours after check-in , to the police station making the complain . As we were together with other friends and we booked this holiday for New Eve we decided not to make big fuss and ask for totally refund and leave the hotel but we felt afraid and insecure during all the days spent in this hotel The Management of the hotel didn't contact us once for apologies and compensation , only the front manager react to our complain with a "we are sorry but ... " Beside the hotel is not refurbished , the room was cold, the noise from the street pretty loud.

Great location, pleasant stay. Rooms could do with some updating but on the whole a nice hotel.

Good location.

The room was adequate but nothing special. The furniture was looking a bit tired.

In conclusion we expected more for what we paid !

Location was good , it was clean

Toilet was leaking the sound was annoying, the hotel was old and a bit different than the pictures and breakfast wasnt really good The smell of the room wasnt good and annoying Wifi connection was poor

Superb

It felt very luxurious. It should be a five star hotel. Was spacious, clean and amenities were great. The toilet was clean and functional. The views were great. Overall, great experience and good location as well. Their attention to details is great!
